'I think Desmond is a nice and understanding tutor. He makes sure I understand the part he is teaching before continuing on. He not only answers my questions during tuition sessions, but as long as I message him some problems I met, he will help me with it as soon as he is available. Some subjects that he does not usually teach he will also try his best to read up on them and try to help me with it. The way he teaches is easy to understand. He did not stop guiding and helping me even after I ended tuition with him. When I finished my O levels, he even gave me advice to choose my polytechnic courses, and he still answers my questions when I asked him through messages every now and then.'

'I approached Desmond because I was struggling to get an A for my Combine Science and he helped me by going through everything that I didn't understand. 'I was a straight F9 student, because I did not understand what my teachers were teaching me in class. Even though I had to stay back almost everyday in school for remedial lessons, I felt lost and I'm struggling in my subjects. Eventually my teachers forced me to dropped my subjects (pure sciences to combined science, and amaths) during my 'O' levels year.

I started tuition with Desmond during mid June, when I'm only left with about 5 months to my olevels exam. I had tuition classes with Desmond for twice a week for amaths, emaths and combined science. He is patient and he kept encouraging me. He taught me everything despite the race against time, from basics to examination preparations. His explanations are easy to remember and understand. He would also answer my questions efficiently even on days when I do not have tuition classes.
